Clerk Robbed At Gunpoint At Red Roof Inn In Lexington

Lexington Police said a man wearing a white mask and carrying a handgun, robbed the Red Roof Inn on Haggard Court Thursday night.

Investigators said the robber took the hotel’s money and the desk clerk’s wallet.

Police said after the robbery the suspect jumped into a blue, two-door car and took off.

No one was hurt.

As of this writing, no arrests had been made, according to police.
