Clays Mill Elementary celebrates Ms. Fannie’s 90th birthday

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Clays Mills Elementary is celebrating a special birthday.

Fannie Kinzer, also known as Ms. Fannie, is turning 90-years-old.

Ms. Fannie has worked with FCPS Child Nutrition as a cafeteria ladt since 1998, and plans to be back this fall.
