On June 27, 2014, the well-known lawyer was gunned down outside his office in Somerset as he arrived to work.
The accused killer, Clinton Inabnitt, 40, of Somerset, pleaded not guilty at his arraignment.
His bond was set at $250,000 or twice that amount in property value.
Investigators said Inabnitt had threatened Stanziano’s life the night before the shooting after Stanziano told him he couldn’t help him with a problem Inabnitt had approached him about. Investigators didn’t elaborate on what the reported problem was other than it wasn’t anything Stanziano could have done for Inabnitt in the capacity as a lawyer.
