Clark County man arrested on sex abuse charges

WINCHESTER, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Winchester man is facing several sex abuse charges for crimes spanning almost a decade.

Court documents say 56-year-old Jeffrey L. Plunk was arrested last week on charges stemming from a September 2018 indictment.

The indictment lists four different victims who were all under the age of 18.

Documents say the abuse happened between 2007 and 2016.

Plunk is being held on a $100,000 cash bond in the Clark County Detention Center.
