Clark County man arrested on child porn charges

CLARK COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kentucky State Police say a Clark County man is facing child pornography charges.

Police arrested 45-year-old Jerry Spencer after an undercover investigation led them to a home in Winchester back on September 4.

They say Spencer was sharing images of child pornography online.

Spencer is charged with one count of distributing child pornography.
