Civilian crashes car into suspects car after pursuit in Scott Co.
SCOTT COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- State police say a citizen intentionally crashed their car into the car troopers were in a pursuit with.
Troopers say they were chasing Michael Bishop when a civilian saw what was happening and crashed their car into Bishop’s car in order for troopers to catch him.
State police arrested Bishop. There was a passenger in Bishop’s car who was taken to the hospital, injuries are unknown.
KSP says the pursuit started on US 25 and ended on US 460/ Frankfort Pike.
Bishop is facing several charges such as fleeing and evading police, speeding over 26 mph, wanton endangerment and several other charges.
