Children suffer minor injuries in school bus crash

KNOX COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – Several children suffered minor injuries after the school bus they were riding was hit head-on by a pickup truck Monday afternoon, according to the Knox County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies say it happened around 3:30 p.m. in the Stinking Creek community.

Investigators say one person in the pickup truck was taken to the hospital.  The extent of that person’s injuries wasn’t immediately known, according to deputies.
