Children sing at rally for better childcare in Kentucky

FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVQ) – Children sang and adults talked about improving childcare in Kentucky at a ‘Kids Matter Coalition’ rally at the State Capitol Wednesday.

During the event in the Capitol Rotunda, lawmakers and advocates discussed childcare, the economy and the workforce.
