Children checked out at hospital following school bus crash

PRESTONSBURG, Ky. (WTVQ) – Seven children were checked out at a hospital as a precaution after the school bus they were riding in was involved in a three-vehicle accident Tuesday morning in Prestonsburg.

Police say the collision happened on Highway 114 around 7:45 a.m.

Investigators say no one else was hurt.

Police say five of the children are students at Prestonsburg High School and the other two attend Adams Middle School.
