Child Drove Intoxicated Man

Police arrest a man after an off-duty officer sees a car driven by a young child go by her house. Police say Deputy Michelle Albertson was at her home around 7:30 on Monday when she saw the vehicle drive by. She noticed the car was being driven by a small child and then located the vehicle parked in a driveway on Frances Drive in Richmond.  She found an intoxicated adult passenger in the car, 41-year-old, Robert Buckner. Buckner faces charges of endangerment and second-degree wanton endangerment.
