Ranch Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 3-3.5 cups chopped or shredded cooked chicken breast (Wild Planet brand is preferred)
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 sweet bell pepper (any color), chopped
- 1/4 sweet yellow onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise – Sir Kensington brand is Whole 30 compliant
- 1 Tbsp dry ranch seasoning or use a combination of onion powder, garlic powder, dill, and cayenne pepper.
Instructions
- Mix the chicken, mayonnaise, and seasoning together in a medium bowl until well blended.
- Stir in the celery, peppers and onion until mixed evenly.
- Chill 1 hour to let flavors meld.
