Ranch Chicken Salad 

 

Ingredients

  • 3-3.5 cups chopped or shredded cooked chicken breast (Wild Planet brand is preferred)
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 sweet bell pepper (any color), chopped
  • 1/4 sweet yellow onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise – Sir Kensington brand is Whole 30 compliant
  • 1 Tbsp dry ranch seasoning  or use a combination of onion powder, garlic powder, dill, and cayenne pepper.

Instructions

  1. Mix the chicken, mayonnaise, and seasoning together in a medium bowl until well blended.
  2. Stir in the celery, peppers and onion until mixed evenly.
  3. Chill 1 hour to let flavors meld.
