Candied pecans

– 1 CUP PECANS

– 1/2 CUP SUGAR

 

Heat in a sauce pan until sugar returns to a liquid state and caramelized and evenly coats the pecans. Pour onto a cookie sheet to cool. sprinkle with a pinch of salt, break apart and enjoy.
