Beer Cheese Deviled Eggs

1 Dozen hard boiled eggs
1/4 cup of hot beer cheese
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
Pinch of salt
1 tsp sugar
1tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp white pepper

Blend yolks and rest of ingredients in a mixing bowl and pipe into egg whites. Cut some green onions on the bias and use as a garnish.

 

 

Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs

 

Place the eggs in a sauce pan and cover with cold water.  Put on the stove on a high heat and bring to a boil.   Turn off the heat and let the eggs sit in the hot water for 10-12 minutes.  Rinse under cold water and begin to peel.
