Clean and Green Smoothie 

 

This green smoothie recipe is loaded with lots of spinach with the taste of coconut, avocado, and bananas! Great for weight loss, glowing skin and lots of energy. Made with coconut milk, frozen bananas,mango, organic spinach and kale, and a dash of cinnamon.

1 cup of spinach and/or kale greens

1/2 of an avocado (optional)

1 cup frozen sliced bananas

1/2 cup frozen diced mangos

1/4 cup sliced frozen peaches

1/4 cup fresh blueberries

1-2 slices of fresh ginger

2 1/2 -3 cups of coconut water

 

Blend all the ingredients together in a blender or vitamix and pour into a glass. Enjoy!
