Smoked Salmon Mousse 

 

1 pacakage of smoked salmon

2 TBSP capers

1/4 cup of Mayonnaise

1 package of cream cheese

1 bunch of fresh dill

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp fresh horseradish

salt and pepper to taste

 

 

In a food processor combine all ingredients and pulse until smooth.  Use a piping bag with a star tip to pipe the mixture on to sliced cucumber chips.
