Marinated Grilled Portobello Mushrooms 

 

3-5 large portobello mushrooms sliced in 2 inch strips

1 large onion sliced in rings – 1 inch thick

3 TBSP Balsamic vinegar

1 bottle of Tessamae’s Italian Vinaigrette

2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce

Salt and Pepper to taste ( about 1 tsp of each)

Fresh Oregano- about 3-4 sprigs finely chopped

 

Place the sliced portobellos and onion rings in a medium bowl and marinate with the rest of the ingredients.  Toss together to make sure everything has been evenly coated and allow to marinate overnight if possible but at least an hour before grilling.

 

Heat the grill to a high heat and allow the mushrooms and onions to grill until lightly charred on the outside on both sides. Remove from heat and enjoy!
