Country Ham Pate

 

1 cup of chopped country ham

2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise

1 1/2 tablespoons of Dijon

1 1/2 tablespoons of horseradish

A splash of sherry wine

2 tablespoons of capers

A handful of fresh thyme, stems removed

1 shallot minced

Black pepper to taste

 

 

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.  Serve with crackers or on a biscuit.
