Chase leads to arrest in Clay County

CLAY COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – A woman has been caught and police are still searching for a man after they say the two led them on a chase Friday morning.

According to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, deputies tried to pull over two people on a motorcycle on South Highway 421, but say they took off.

Deputies say the chase went on for six miles before the man jumped off and ran.

Deputies say they arrested the woman who was on the motorcycle, 28-year-old Felicia Simpson.

Simpson faces several charges, including fleeing and evading.

Deputies are still searching for the man who was with her.
