Change of command ceremony at the Blue Grass Army Depot

RICHMOND, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — A change of command ceremony took place Thursday at the Blue Grass Army Depot in Richmond. During the event, Colonel Brett Ayvazian relinquished command to Colonel Samuel Morgan.

The ceremony occurred at the Armed Forces Reserve Center, located outside the depot’s front gate on Battlefield Highway.
