Central Kentucky Man Visits All 50 States

When he made a trip to Georgia, little did Stanford, Kentucky’s Billy Phillips know it was the beginning of a much longer journey.

As time went by, Phillips saw more and more of the country, and eventually decided he may as well see all fifty of the United States.

ABC 36’s Amber Krycka has the story of this central Kentuckian, who’s really seen it all.
