Celebrating Multiculturalism with Bluegrass Community and Technical College’s Upward Bound Program

What does multiculturalism mean to you? Special guest Yamukumba Mbayo stopped by today to tell us all about the new Bluegrass Community & Technical College program Upward Bound. A college preparation program that is part of the college’s department of Multiculturalism and Inclusion, Upward Bound is a federally funded TRIO program that provides academic support to high school students with academic needs who plan on attending a post-secondary institution.
