Car in home after early morning crash, driver shot

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington Police continue to investigate after someone crashed a vehicle into a home early Wednesday morning. Police say the driver had also been shot.

According to police, it happened on Georgian Way just after 2:30 a.m. Police say the driver was taken to the hospital for a potentially life threatening injury.

Police have not released any suspect information.
