Car crashes through front of Mariner Finance in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) — Lexington police are investigating after a car crashed through the front of Mariner Finance on Christmas night.

Around 8 a.m. Tuesday, an employee called police about the damage to the front of the building.

Lexington police say a vehicle crashed through the front of the building around 11 p.m. on Christmas. Thankfully, no injuries were reported.

The car wasn’t at the scene this morning and the driver didn’t report the incident, police added.

The incident is being investigated as a hit-and-run.

Mariner Finance is located on Winchester Road near East New Circle Road.
