Cal’s “One and Not Done” 30 for 30 premiere

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Solid Blue fans, get excited.

The John Calipari “30 for 30”  “One and Not Done” debuted to a select crowd in Lexington Monday night and lived up to the hype.

No one else has had a series piece of the franchise that’s still actively in his or her profession.

There’s plenty to look forward to.  You can see a clip of the documentary in the video.

It entails everything; from Cal’s early days and dreams to Kansas, Pittsburgh, UMass, the Nets and Memphis to Lexington.

Hear from the producer, Marquis Daisy, in the video on what to look forward to Thursday night at 9 when the general public can see it for the first time on ESPN.

Also, Jarrod Polson’s take on Cal and his time at UK.

What to watch for: A great, raw and uncut look at Cal at every stage of his career.  There’s plenty to enjoy for fans of all types.  An open look at Marcus Camby, Derrick Rose and plenty of new stuff from Lexington.

Cal’s approach with Anthony Davis, both in recruitment and coaching him at UK, offers a new perspective on just how hard Cal rides his guys and pushes them to be great.  Solid Blue fans will see it all Thursday night.  From a flight to a road game to a look behind the scenes at Cal’s Hall of Fame induction and more.
