California man arrested for sex abuse in KY

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A California man sits in jail in Lexington, accused of sexual abuse.
Court documents say 21-year-old Jaime Ramirez admitted to having sex with a female under the age of 14 several times.
He is also accused of contacting the victim online to meet and send sexually explicit photos of her.
Ramirez is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday.
