California-based truck rack producer to locate in KY, create 25 Full-Time Jobs

FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVQ) – More than two dozen full-time jobs are coming to Kentucky.

Tuesday it was announced that Rack-It Truck Racks, a California-based utility truck rack manufacturer, will invest more than $1.35 million and create 25 full-time jobs to establish a location in Clinton County.

Rack-It Truck Racks says it is coming to Kentucky to better serve its customers in the Eastern United States.

The company says it will create opportunities for powder coating, delivery and administrative jobs. Construction could begin this month with the facility fully operational by January 2019.

Rack-It plans to purchase, upgrade and build out from an existing 37,000-square-foot facility on Fairgrounds Road in Albany.
