Burnside man killed in ATV accident

BURNSIDE, Ky. (WTVQ) – An ATV accident over the weekend in Pulaski County has left one man dead.

The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office says it happened near the intersection of Danny Drive and Pine Grove Road in Burnside at around 11:50 p.m. Saturday.

Deputies say 41-year-old Garry L. Baker lost control of the 2017 Polaris Razor he was driving, went off the road and became pinned under the ATV. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Pulaski County Coroner.

Deputies say Baker had a juvenile passenger on the ATV but he sustained minor injuries.
