Burglary suspect identified through facebook
Officers say that Charles Reeves is one of two suspects that broke into a home in the 1800 block of Paris Road in January.
Several victims told police that Reeves and another suspect bound their hands with zip ties, aimed guns at their heads, and threatened to rob and kill them.
The victims say the suspects also threatened them with two pistols that belonged to the homeowners.
During their investigation, police were notified that the victims identified Reeves through his Facebook page. The page was under the alias of ‘Fatman Jones’ and police say through a search of their database, they were able to confirm the account belonged to 20-year-old Reeves.
Reeves was taken into custody on Monday and is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday. He is charged with first degree unlawful imprisonment, burglary and robbery.
Police are still searching for the second suspect.
