Burglary with shots fired at home near UK campus

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – An early-morning home invasion leads to gunfire in Lexington.

It happened on Forest Park Road near the University of Kentucky campus just after 5 a.m. Wednesday.

Police said the suspects broke into the house and fired shots.

At least one person was in the home at the time, according to police.

No one was hurt.
