Breathitt Co. man arrested on child sexual exploitation charges

JACKSON, Ky. (WTVQ)- State Police say a Breathitt County man has been arrested on charges related to distribution of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor.

Troopers arrested 29-year-old Dustin Coomer as a result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. They say this investigation began after discovering that Coomer was distributing sexually explicit images online.

Equipment used to facilitate the crime was taken to KSP’s forensic laboratory for examination.

Coomer is currently charged with one count of distribution of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor. Additional charges are expected.

He was lodged in the Three Forks Regional Jail.
