Boyd County man facing child porn charges

ASHLAND, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Boyd County man is behind bars, accused of having child pornography.

Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested 41-year-old Milton Kruger on Saturday and charged him with unlawful possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.

Kruger was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation.

Police say the investigating started after it was discovered Kruger had been communicating with juveniles online.

Investigators searched Kruger’s home in Ashland on February 15 and seized electronic equipment.

The investigation is ongoing.

Kruger was booked into the Boyd County Detention Center.
