Boyd County man charged with child pornography

ASHLAND, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kentucky State Police accuse a Boyd County man of distributing child pornography.

Police say 22-year-old Chad Trusty was arrested Wednesday following an undercover investigation and a search of his home in Ashland.

He is charged with distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.

Trusty faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted.
