Boyd Co. man arrested on child sexual exploitation offenses

CATLETTSBURG, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kentucky State Police say a Boyd County man has been arrested on charges related to possession and distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.

Troopers say 34-year-old Steven D. Duncil was arrested at about 9:15 p.m. on Tuesday.

Police began investigating Duncil after finding him sharing images online.

Duncil is charged with three counts of possession and three counts of distribution of the material.

He was taken to the Boyd County Detention Center.
