BOIL WATER ADVISORY: Lawrenceburg

LAWRENCEBURG, Ky. (WTVQ) –  All customers of the Lawrenceburg Water Department are under a boil water advisory due to a water main break.

The advisory will be in place for at least the next 24 hours and customers will be notified by the Code Red Notification System when the advisory is lifted.

Customers that did not receive the initial advisory, do not have a land line phone, or are unsure if they have contact information registered in the Code Red system are encouraged to log onto the cities website at www.lawrenceburgky.org and use the Code Red button at the bottom of the home page to make sure they receive notifications of critical information affecting their address.

All customers under the advisory should boil their water for at least three minutes before using for cooking or drinking.
