Boil water advisory issued in Frankfort

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – Some water customers in Frankfort are under a boil advisory because of a water main break.

The Frankfort Plant Board issued the boil water advisory on Monday for the following areas: Signal Ridge Road, White Water Court, Collins Landing, River Oak Drive, Lock View Court, 12 and 14 Still Water Court, and 721 River Ridge Road.

Crews turned off the water in the area of the main break to make repairs.

Those repairs were completed around 3:30 p.m.

Customers in the affected area are advised to boil their water until further notice.
