Body found in Kentucky creek; autopsy planned

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (AP) – Kentucky State Police say a body has been found in a creek near Bowling Green.

State Police spokesman Trooper B.J. Eaton says in a news release that a kayaker reported locating a submerged body Saturday in Drakes Creek in Warren County.

The body wasn’t immediately identified. The statement says an autopsy is scheduled in Louisville and the investigation is ongoing.
