Body found in burned storage unit in Georgetown
GEORGETOWN, Ky. (WTVQ) — A body was found in a burned-out storage unit in Georgetown Tuesday afternoon, according to Georgetown police chief Darin Allgood.
The body was found inside a unit at the Bluegrass Storage facility on Connector Road.
The Scott County Fire Department and Georgetown police are both on the scene.
Around 2:15 p.m., the fire department posted on Facebook it was fighting the fire at this facility.
