Bluegrass Fair returns Thursday with full security and family fun in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — The Bluegrass Fair kicks off Thursday at Masterson Station Park, with organizers promising enhanced security and plenty of entertainment for the whole family.

The fair runs June 5 through June 15 on Leestown Road in Lexington. Organizers say safety is a top priority this year. Alongside the added security, there’s plenty of fun planned. The fair will feature carnival rides, games, a petting zoo, live music, and classic fair foods like funnel cakes, cotton candy, and gourmet corndogs.

Gates open at 5 p.m. on weekdays and 3 p.m. on weekends.
