Blackburn Escapee Recaptured

 An escaped inmate from the Blackburn Correctional Complex was caught early Friday morning in Georgetown.
 Kentucky State Police said at 12:03 a.m. a man matching the description of Freddy Lee Marlowe, 30,  was seen in the Georgetown area, attempting to locate a pay phone.
 Police said Marlowe had been directed to the Georgetown Wal-Mart. 
 Troopers located Marlowe on a pay phone inside the Wal-Mart on Osborne Way.
 He was recaptured without incident.
 Marlowe was reported missing from the facility Thursday evening.
 He had been serving a thirteen year sentence for drug trafficking and burglary.
