Blackburn escapee captured

WHITLEY CITY, Ky. (WTVQ) – Justin Canada, an inmate who walked away from the Blackburn Correctional Complex on August 26, was apprehended Wednesday in Whitley City just after noon.

Canada was serving a 15-year sentence for convictions out of McCreary Co. including robbery^, and wanton endangerment. He would have been eligible for parole in August 2016.
