Big recruiting weekend

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Big Blue Madness.  There’s nothing like it in the country.  Expect plenty of theatrics and firework, and of course, player introductions for Solid Blue fans.

Plenty of recruits will also be in attendance.  Guys from every class pick this event for a reason.  They want to see the passion and pageantry.

Coach Cal says it’s nice having some guys here in Lexington for multiple days so he can actually sit down and talk to each player one-on-one to get in quality time.

The hoopla at Rupp Arena, more or less, is something for the guys to take in on their own with their families.  The days before and after are for the recruiting pitch itself.
