Bevin orders flags to half-staff Friday in honor of Rev. Graham

FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVQ)- Governor Matt Bevin has ordered American and state flags at all state office buildings be lowered to half-staff Friday until sunset to honor Reverend Billy Graham.

Graham was an advisor to presidents and world leaders, and Bevin says he was a beloved pastor to all people.

Bevin encourages all individuals, businesses, organizations, and government agencies to join in this tribute of lowering the flag to honor the memory of Rev. Graham
