Bell County man pleads guilty to sexual abuse

PINEVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Bell County man has pleaded guilty to sexually abusing five children.

According to Kentucky State Police, the investigation into 42-year-old Douglas Hensley in January of 2017 when two female juveniles told their school counselors they were sexually abused in 2015.

Investigators say it was discovered that Hensley sexually abused five female juveniles, all under the age of 11, and distributed obscene matter to a 12-year-old.

Hensley could be sentenced to more than 17 years in prison.
