Beattyville man charged with murder.

BEATTYVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Beattyville man is arrested and charged with murder.

According to the Kentucky State Police, they responded to a call Thursday morning regarding a possible deceased person outside a residence on Decoursey Hollow Road. They describe the area as rural Lee County.

Authorities report the initial investigation alleges 34-year-old Danial Noble fatally injured the victim. They say it happened during an altercation outside of Noble’s home.  He was arrested and brought to the Three Forks Regional Jail. Noble is charged with murder.

The Lee County Coroner pronounced the victim dead at the scene.  They are not releasing the victim’s identity at this time.
