Bat Cats beat UofL 11-7

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A record crowd of 4,018 was on hand at Cliff Hagan Stadium to watch the Bat Cats take down UofL 11-7 in the second game of the regular season series between the two in-state rivals.

The top play of the day on ESPN’s SportsCenter was from the UK win.  A 7-2-6 triple play to keep Kentucky ahead 5-0 early in the 2nd inning.

Next up for UK is a weekend series with LSU in Lexington.
