Toddler hit and killed in Harlan County

PUTNEY, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kentucky State Police are investigating after a 2-year-old child was hit and killed by a vehicle Friday night.

Investigators say it happened on Cedar Park Drive in the Putney community just before 7 p.m.

KSP says no foul play is suspected.
