Attempted murder suspect arrested in Berea

BEREA, Ky. (WTVQ) – A suspect wanted for attempted murder in North Carolina is behind bars in Berea.

The Berea Police Department says 34-year-old Nohsher Chian was taken into custody last week.

Police say they received a tip Chian was living in Madison County and tracked him down to a home on Brooklyn Boulevard.

There is no word yet on when Chian will be extradited back to North Carolina.
