Ashland man receives 30-years in kidnapping, rape case

FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVQ) – A 58-year old Ashland man was sentenced to 30-years in prison on kidnapping and being a persistent felony offender charges, according to the Attorney General’s Office.

Wallace Daniel Spence was sentenced to 11-years in prison in August for raping a 14-year old girl in Lawrence County, Ohio, according to prosecutors.

He won’t be eligible for parole until he serves at least 20-years and will be required to register as a sex offender for life.
