Arson suspect charged in connection with death of two sons due in court
FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) — Court records show 44-year-old Dustin Fields is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Tuesday at 1 p.m.
Fields is accused of setting his house on fire on Flat Creek Road in Frankfort earlier this month. Investigators say Fields allegedly knew his two sons, Bently and Rylan, were inside.
Fields is charged with arson. He pled not guilty during his arraignment last week.
