Arson charges dropped

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) — Prosecutors in Fayette County have dropped arson charges, against a woman accused of setting fires on Alumni Drive.

Court Records say Danitra Ross’s charges were altered down to 3rd degree attempted arson, and then dropped. Officials say the dropped charges means that charges can be filed again, if new evidence is discovered.

Danitra Ross was initially charged due to a series of apartment building fires in Lexington, occurring throughout May and June of this year.
